After graduating from culinary school, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey at our family restaurant, where I served as the executive chef. My expertise and passion for Korean cuisine received significant media attention and recognition, with features on Fox 7, KXAN Austin.
My personal health journey inspired a shift towards wholesome, health-focused foods. Now, I am dedicated to extending this passion beyond myself and my family, helping others who seek to embrace mindful eating for their well-being.

Yukyung is a Research and Development Chef specializing in menu and recipe development. currently with Harmony Kitchenette, she brings her unique blend of Culinary artistry and scientific expertise to create innovative and delicious dishes.
Yukyung holds a BS in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma, an MS in Nutrition and Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, and an Associates Degree from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Outside of her professional endeavors, Yukyung is a self- proclaimed planataholic with a fervent love for exploring diverse cuisines around the globe!
